Julie Kennedy, MPH MEd, RDN, LDN

Perhaps you have a new health diagnosis related to food. Or maybe you’re looking to change your eating habits. You may have long suffered with food allergies or intolerances, either suspected or diagnosed. In any of these cases, you are looking for guidance and expertise. Julie would love to work with you to develop a reasonable action plan to manage your health through nutrition.  Julie is not here to judge what you eat or tell you how to run your life, instead she will provide support, education, and encouragement to help you meet your individual nutritional goals. At the same time, she will focus on simple ways to maximize the benefits that food has to offer. Julie received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her masters in education from Georgia State University. After working in the public school setting for many years and being diagnosed with celiac disease, she decided to change careers to become a registered dietitian. She received her Master of Public Health and Registered Dietitian Training from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Julie has extensive experience helping others manage gastrointestinal conditions through food. She is also a MONASH certified FODMAP dietitian.
